1. There is no guaranteed support for features in beta
We actively encourage feedback and want to know if anything isn't working well, but there is no set response time for questions nor a specified timeline for fixing bugs. If the feature does not work as you expect or if you encounter problems using it, your only immediate solution will be to stop using the feature.
2. Features in beta are subject to change, and may be discontinued
Because this feature is still in development, it is likely to change. There is also a chance that we might run into unforeseen issues that require us to temporarily or permanently disable the feature. If you're uncomfortable using a feature that may change in design or functionality, participating in a beta program may not be a good fit for you.
3. Fees are subject to change
Using Facility Management in PatronManager is free during the beta period. This does not guarantee that the feature will remain fee exempt once it is officially launched.
4. Beta documentation
Documentation for betas isn't as extensive as it will be once the features are fully released, so be ready to dive in and explore on your own.
