The following survey provides our Implementation Team with the information needed to create or update your venue.

You may need to collaborate with others in your organization to finish completely, so we recommend reviewing the whole survey before beginning to fill it out.

New Venue Build

Note: If multiple venues maps or seating configurations need to be built, please re-submit this form for each venue.

Venue Sample Materials

The ideal format for your venue map is a PDF with a transparent background. If you have a design-savvy staff member, that person should know if this type of map is available, or how to convert your file to meet these guidelines.

If you do not have a PDF with a transparent background, send us the venue files you do have and we'll let you know if we need more information.

If your file is larger than 5 MB, or you would like to upload multiple files, please add a note at the end of this survey and our Implementation Team will provide you with a link to a secure, shared folder on Box.com.

NOTE: Standard venue turnaround time is 10-12 weeks for a full venue build project.

Seat Notes and Acknowledgments


Acknowledgments
are pop-up windows that appear when a patron selects a specific Seat Type. The default Acknowledgment language for each Seat Type you've selected is listed below. If no changes are made, the default message will be used.










Seat Notes
correspond with the Acknowledgments above, but are displayed within a patron's cart during the checkout process, as a reminder. They also appear in confirmation emails. The default Seat Note language for each Seat Type you've selected is listed below. If no changes are made, the default message will be used.










You selected "Other" in the Seat Type menu above. Please provide the name of the Seat(s), the Acknowledgment that should appear in the pop-up seat selection menu, and the Seat Note that should appear in the patron's shopping cart.
Ticket Notes

A Ticket Note is any special designation that needs to appear on the printed tickets, and should only be used for information a patron needs to find their way before reaching an usher. 

Example: "Door 1" = all seats in Orchestra Left; "Door 2" = all seats in Orchestra Center, Seats 110-120; "Door 3" = all seats in Orchestra Center, Seats 101-110; "Door 4" = all seats in Orchestra Right
