PatronPortal Project Request

The following survey provides our Implementation Team with the information needed to configure your PatronPortal account. Submission of this form will initiate a case with our Implementation Team, and a Project Manager will be reaching out to confirm your project details.

You may need to collaborate with others in your organization to finish completely, so we recommend reviewing the whole survey before beginning to fill it out.

Bulk Invitation of New Members

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from submission date of this form.

Please note: All contacts invited to PatronPortal must have a valid email address in PatronManager.
Email Template Update
During this bulk update, your newly invited PatronPortal members will receive the New User Login email containing their username and password. Before we initiate this update, you should confirm that the language in the email template sent to new users is accurate.

You can view your current New User Template by doing the following:
  1. Navigate to Salesforce Classic (found under your profile picture in the upper-right corner)
  2. Navigate to the Setup menu
  3. Use the Quick Find to search for "Customer Portal Settings"
  4. Select the PatronTicket Patron Portal
  5. Under Email Notification Settings, select the template name next to the New User Template.
  6. Make any edits as necessary.
  7. Use the "Send Test and Verify Merge Fields" button to verify that the template is functioning properly.
PatronPortal User License Purchase
Each new member that logs into PatronPortal requires a Salesforce User License. If you've maxed out your existing user licenses, additional licenses can be purchased the following tiers:
  • 100 licenses = $120/year
  • 1,000 licenses = $600/year
  • 5,000 licenses = $1,800/year
  • 25,000 licenses = $5,400/year

Initial Configuration
PatronPortal User Licenses
Each new member that logs into PatronPortal will require a Salesforce User License. Licenses are available at the following tiers:

Please list up to three (3) users and their email addresses.
"From" Email Address and Name
The initial email that includes the patron's username and password, as well as password and username reset emails, need to come from a designated email address. What should that be?

We need a “From Name” as well -- something like "Laboratory Theatre Box Office" or "Membership Office" etc.

This is a draft of what a patron will receive during your PatronPortal Launch, as well as when a patron is invited to PatronPortal manually.

The password reset email template will be used when a patron clicks the “forgot password” link on the login page.

PatronPortal Username Change Email
Patrons will be able to update their contact information from within Portal, as shown here.

If they update their email address, their username is updated as well. This is the notification e-mail for when that happens.

Interface Customizations
PatronPortal Login Page Message
All visitors to your ticketing site will see the “Log In” link in the navigation bar, so make sure this message is a friendly way of explaining what’s going on. For most clients, we recommend using something like what we have on the demo site.

All Events Member Message
This long text area is displayed only to logged-in portal Users. It appears on both the "all events" list, and the date sorted events list, directly above the "Public Ticket Landing Copy" (here's an example). You may style this message and embed HTML elements.

Seat Selection Member Message
This text field is displayed only to logged-in portal Users. It appears on the "seat selection" pages for GA, PYOS, and Subscription Event Instances, as shown here. You cannot embed HTML elements in this field.
